摘要
本文对上海地下水资源管理模型的建立作了阐述，确定了以控制地面沉降及资源合理利用为目标的实施方案。
This paper describes the establishment of the managing model of underground water resources in Shanghai, and presents the available plans of the effectively controlling the subsidences and reasonably exploiting the water resources.It is helpful for local goverment to make a strategic decision of economic developments and water resource managing plans.
