本文从知识观、资源观、技术观、组织与系统观、文化观等角度探讨了企业核心能力的内涵。在此基础上，分析了企业核心能力的本质。提出企业要获取持续竞争优势，应通过不断的知识的积累和激活。

This paper examines the potentials of the firm's core competence according to the knowledge based view, resource based view, technology based view, organization & system based view and culture based view.Then,the nature of firm's core competence is discussed. The paper also presents that the accumulative knowledge and the enhancement of core competence enable the firm to generate above normal rates of return and a sustainable competence advantage.
