摘要
本文结合中国海洋石油生产现状。
QRA(Quantitative Risk Assessment) is a technology of quantitative risk assessment, which can be applied to reduce the risk level as low as reasonably practicable.Based on the practice of Offshore Oil Industry of China, this paper systematically discusses the main concepts and methodologies of QRA.
