This article makes a preliminary analysis of the relationship between artistic gymnastics and dance,which are two artistic forms linked to but different from each other based on their generality and individuality. Artistic gymnastics is a kind of sports which absorbs a lot of expressive movements from dance while dance is an art which can express ideas and feelings and reflect social life.
