稀土变质处理高锰钢的质量稳定性

Research on the Quality Stability of High-Mn Steel of RE Modification

针对国内稀土高锰钢铸件的生产条件和工艺水平的特点，从高锰钢合金成份对其凝固特性、组织变化的影响出发；结合稀土变质处理，对由此产生的性能“效应”，提出在实际生产环境下稳定稀土变质工艺的基本条件和作用机制。通过讨论期盼高锰钢铸件的稀土变质处理技术能日臻完善，并得以广泛推广。

The effects of alloying elements on the solidification and strcture changes of high-Mn steels are elaborated. On the "Property effects" caused by RE modification, the authors present the fundamental requirements and functioning mechanism under industrial practice.
