合金化镀锌钢板钝化工艺的研究及应用

RESEARCH ON PASSIVATION PROCESS OF ALLOY-GALVANIZED STEEL SHEETS AND ITS APPLICATION

通过实验室研试，建立了新型钝化工艺———ＷＸＤⅢ钝化工艺。用其处理合金化镀锌钢板，再涂复油漆，测试表明，其盐雾腐蚀寿命达原用国外工艺的８ 倍以上，达不钝化涂漆层的１８ 倍以上。工业性试验生产表明，ＷＸＤⅢ钝化合金化镀锌板，两年储运期间表面未发生锈蚀，用其制成铁路客车，使用正常。
