摘要
研究邻硝基苯基荧光酮(O—NPF) —溴代十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB) —铅(Pb) 体系测定微量铅。研究表明,该方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,测定简便快速,其表观摩尔吸光系数为2-13·105 L·mol- 1·cm - 1 ,比耳定律适用范围为0 ~25 μg/50 m L,适用于食品、污水中微量铅的测定。
Trace element lead which reacts with orthonitrobenzfluorenone in the presence of cetyl trimethylammonium bromide was studied. The proposed method is proved to be sensitive, stable, rapid and convenient. The apparent molar absorbtivity is 2.13·10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer's valid within the range of 0~25 μg/50 mL. The method is applicable the direct determination of lead in food and waste water.
