摘要
烷基多苷是新型非离子表面活性剂，通过对其水溶液的物理化学性质研究，发现烷基多苷的表面张力基本不受各种无机盐的影响，乳化能力较好且具有抗碱性能力；与阴离子表面活性剂的复配效果好于与阳离子表面活性剂的复配。
Alkyl Polyglucoside (APG) is a new type of nonionic surfactant. The physico chemical properties of Alky Polyglucoside in solution were studied, such as surface tension in inorganic salts solution and emulsion capacity for oil/water system in acid or alkali condition. The test showed that built-up effects of APG with anionic surfactant was better than with cationic surfactant.
