摘要
经稀土变质、多元微合金化处理的高锰钢,其铸态组织形态、大小、间距及分布状态均发生了很大的变化。与普通高锰钢相比,强韧性有了显著提高,热裂现象在很大程度上得以消除,抗磨性能大大增强。据此提出:应根据该材质铸件结构的特点及复杂程度,参考使用条件及对其性能的特殊要求,分别采用简单实用、经济合理的淬火新工艺。
For high mangamese steel REmodificaltion and multicomponent micro-alloying cause a great change in its cast structure size, interval and distribution. Compared with common manganese steel, it's strength and toughness was apparently enhanced. Heat crack was hindered or eliminated and anti-abrasive property was enhanced obviously.
