摘要
结合ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ法在冶金，尤其是在钢铁分析中的应用，从试样预处理中溶解酸的选择，干扰物质的分离，痕量元素的富集，参比样品和分析样品的匹配，超声雾化，分开气化进样系统的选择，以及最佳操作参数的选择等几个方面阐述了非光谱干扰的排除方法，提出了有利于钢中痕量杂质元素，痕量稀土元素分析的超声雾化。
