摘要
结合ICP-AES法在冶金,尤其是在钢铁分析中的应用,从试样预处理中溶解酸的选择,干扰物质的分离,痕量元素的富集,参比样品和分析样品的匹配,超声雾化,分开气化进样系统的选择,以及最佳操作参数的选择等几个方面阐述了非光谱干扰的排除方法,提出了有利于钢中痕量杂质元素,痕量稀土元素分析的超声雾化。
