摘要
针对红外辐射涂料在金属基体表面上应用时容易脱落的实际问题,在以1Cr18Ni9Ti 耐热不锈钢为金属基体和自制的红外辐射涂料粉料为粉体材料的条件下,配制了多种以硅溶胶为基的涂料粘结剂,通过试验研究,获得了一种抗热震性优良的粘结剂配方。
Synopsis In view of the problem that the infrared emissive coating is liable to peel off from the surface of the metal base several kinds of silicasol based coating adhesives have been prepared using self infrared emissive coating powder as the basic material and then coating tests are conducted on 1 Cr 18Ni 9Ti heat resistant stainless steel. Through repeated experiments an ingredient of adhesives having high heat shock resistance is acquired.
