摘要
对不同固气比下煤粉的燃烧特性进行了数值模拟和理论分析。结果表明:(1) 随着固气比的增加,风口内煤粉燃烧率增加;(2) 固气比为20kg( 煤粉)/kg( 气)时,风口端部平均温度最低;(3) 为提高高炉煤比,固气比应达到30kg( 煤粉)/kg( 气) 以上。
Synopsis The combustion characterization of pulverized coal with various solid-gas ratios have been analyzed by mathematical models and theory research. Results can be summarized as follows:1) with increasing of solid-gas ratio pulverized coal burnout ratio in tuyere increases; 2)Average temperature at tuyere tip is the lowest when solid-gas ratio is 20kg/kg; 3)To increase pulverized coal ratio of BF solid/gas ratio must be larger than 30kg/kg.
