摘要
回顾了近２０ 年来国内外电炉炼钢在节电技术方面取得的重大进展，提出了减少我国电炉炼钢电耗的参考意见。
Synopsis The tremendous progress achieved in the technologies of energy saving in the field of electric arc steelmaking in the recent two decades is viewed in retrospect and proposals to further reduce China′s energy consumption in the electric arc steelmaking also offered.
