新钢高熟料比冶炼高炉锰铁的效果分析

摘要 介绍了对新钢1 号锰铁高炉进行高熟料比冶炼的试验,将熟料比从60%提高至100 % ,获得了增产节焦降低成本的好效果。近年来熟料比基本≥85 % ,达到国内同行业先进水平。 Synopsis The present paper introduced the experimental tests on smelting of Mn containing hot metal at No. 1 BF of Xinyu Iron & Steel Corp, in which the ratio of sinter rised to 100% from 60% and better results have already been achieved in the fields of increase in productivity, decrease of coke consumption, and reduction of production cost. In the recent years the sinter ratio has come up to ≥85%, an advanced level of the similar plants in China.
