摘要
本文用各种无汞锌粉、隔膜、负极钉和缓蚀剂在生产线上试制无汞LR6电池。对新电和贮存一年电池的电性能进行测试。筛选出有希望的无汞碱性锌锰电池工艺。
The mercury-free LR6 battery was developed in the alkaline battery producing line with various mercury-free zinc powders, separators, nails and inhibitors. The performances of new batteries and the batteries stored for one year were measured. The technology of manufacturing mercury-free LR6 battery was selected.
