根据学习迁移理论和教学基本原则，在普通高校排球基本技术教学中，采取循环迁移式教学方式，为培养学生的综合素质和更好更快地掌握排球基本技术，形成学生良好的学习心理状态提供了依据。

According to the Study of Transferring Theory and the foundamental principles of teaching,during the teaching of the basic skills of volleyball in the PE teaching of ordinary colleges and universities, we use cycling transferring teaching style,so that we can develop the student's synthetical qualities and make them master the basic volleyball skills as quickly as possible. This is useful for the students to form a good learning psychology.
