摘要
本文介绍了我国宝岛台湾各港口概况和台湾海峡气象、水文、海浪情况。分析了两岸通航的有利条件，作者认为两岸通航的初选船型为高速车客渡，滚／集装箱船、自卸船、油船和化学品船。
The article describes the ports on Taiwan Island and the meteorology, hydrology, wave conditions in Taiwan channel. The favourable conditions for navigation between Taiwan and Mainland are analysed. The author considers that the high-speed vehicle/passenger ferry, ro/container ship, self-unloading vessel, oil tanker and chemical tanker, are the suitable ship types.
