摘要
固定化酵母技术应用于糖蜜酒精生产,使成熟醪酒分稳定在10.5~12.5%(V/V),成熟醪残还原物在2.0~2.7%。采用该项技术生产酒精,使设备利用率提高20%,具有显著的经济效益。
As applicating fixative yeast technique in the production of alcohol from molasses, the alcohol content in the mature fermented molasses liquid stabilized at 105~125% (v/v),and mature remains of reductic matter is the level of 20~27%.The utilization coefficient of equipment of sugar factory can be increased by 20% by this technique to produce alcohol from which it gains marked economic benefit.
