甘蔗叶片束缚水/自由水比与抗旱性关系

重复四次测定了在常温正常供水下，野生陇川割手密种、栽培品种桂糖１１号和桂糖１５号、热带原种Ｂａｄｉｌａ四个甘蔗材料的叶片束缚水含量、自由水含量，计算束缚水／自由水的比值。结果只有束缚水／自由水比值在参试材料间的差异达到１％显著水准，并可明显地将野生陇川割手密种、栽培品种桂糖１１号和桂糖１５号及热带原种Ｂａｄｉｌａ区分出不同的抗旱性。笔者认为。
