摘要
本文就纸板电池封口剂的材料及混合配比展开研讨,重点对纸板电池在不同环境下的防漏能力进行分析试验,并根据生产实际,作应用性调整,摒弃了传统的封口剂加温形式,使之既提高纸板电池的防漏能力、减少电池在贮存期的容量下降,又降低能耗,简化生产操作。
The material and mixed ratio of Sealant for paperlined battery were studied. The leakproof ability for paperlined battery in different environment was tested. The mixed ration of sealant was adjusted properly according to production. A new working processes was put forward witch could improve the leakproof abilitg of paperlined battery and service output at storage time.
