Development on a New Carburization Agent of Non-Toxic Liquid

研究了以活性炭粉和石墨为原料加入复合催渗剂的无毒液体渗碳剂，并在链条零件中进行了生产试验，取得良好的效果。该渗剂具有无毒、无污染、快速、节能、操作简单、成本低廉等优点，可以替代氰盐等有毒液体渗碳剂，具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

The development of a Compound Carburization agent, with added powdered active carban and graphite added into it, has been presented in this paper. Full scale tests have been done and good results have been achieved in the production of chains. The features of this agent are non-toxic, non-pollution, rapid, energe-saving, easy and cheap. It is substituted for such carburization agents as Cyanate with toxic liquid. It is benefitial economically and socially.
