摘要 一种F+P基体的球铁材料用来制作的船用发动机活塞环具有高弹力、高稳定性、高耐热性、高耐磨性。较为详细地介绍了其熔铸工艺和制作过程,并就生产研制过程中所解决的一些工艺性问题进行了讨论。 A noduiar iron with a substract of Ferrite and Pearlite may be used for the piston ring in ship engines, which are of high elasticity, stability, heat resistance and wear resistance. The authors deal at some length with their melting and casting technology and manufacturing process. The technological problems encountered in their development process will also be discussed.
