摘要
ＩＣ卡多路电能计量管理应用系统是为改善目前人工抄表收费的用电管理方法而设计的，介绍了ＩＣ卡多路电能计量管理应用系统的功能及特点，给出了其数据采集控制装置的软、硬件框图。
The centralized management application system of IC card multiple electric energy measurement is designed in order to improve the conventional method of management of electric energy manually. This paper introduces the function and characteristics of this system. Some diagrams of software and hardware of data collection and control device are given.
