喷气织机织物下机缩率的理论与实践

摘要 喷气织机采用气流引纬,其织造工艺为小开口大张力。根据测定上机张力约为有梭织机的二倍,同时由于采用专用工具落布,其落布长度为有梭织机的5~6倍。正因为其作应力与作用时间的差别,引起织物的三种变形的重新分配,从而导致织物下机缩率的差异。对这种差异进行理论分析,并提供某些纺织厂的实际数据以供参考。 The air jet weaving machine employs the air picking-up, its weaving technology consisting in small shedding and large tension. It is measured that the On-machine tension is twice that on the weaving machine with shuttles. On the other hand, due to the special tools used for taking off, the taking-off length is 5~6 times as much as that of its counterpart.
