运用数理统计法刍议大学生人格因素

Research on College Students' Personality Factors by Means of Mothematical Statcstics

采用卡氏１６ｐｆ量表对安徽省１１所普通高校３８８名大学生人格因素进行研究，其结果表明大学生群体具有乐群性、聪慧性、持强性和热情活动的心理活动倾向，并在对人对事方面具有理智性，愿与他人合作、随从附众、直率与坦诚的特征；然而时常又有矛盾冲突，不能自控与焦虑的心理状态。

Employing Carter 16pf table this article researchs on the pevsonality factors of 388 students of 11 colleges and Universities in Anhui Province. The research shows that they possess the qualities of cooperation, brightness endurance, enthusiasm, being reseanable in the way of getting along with other people and willing to cooperate with others, being direct in character and able to follow the general trend.
