白花丹参和紫花丹参茎叶微量元素含量分析比较

Determination and Comparative of Trace Elements in the Stem and Leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.f.alba C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li and Salvia miltiorrhiza bge

目的:分析比较白花丹参和紫花丹参茎叶微量元素含量。方法:用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法分别测定白花丹参和紫花丹参茎、叶两个部位17种微量矿质元素的含量,对两种丹参茎和叶中的微量矿质元素含量进行分析比较。结果:白花丹参叶中铁、锌、锡、铬、镉、硼、钡、锶、钒、镍和铅等11种元素含量高于紫花丹参,而镁、锂、锰、钴、铜、钛等6种元素含量低于紫花丹参;在白花丹参和紫花丹参的茎中,镍、锡、锂、铜、镉、钛等6种元素的含量几乎完全相同,铁、锌、锰、铬、钒等5种元素含量高于紫花丹参,铅、镁、钴、硼、钡、锶等6种元素含量略低于紫花丹参。结论:从微量元素角度分析,两种丹参都具有重要的药用价值,二者中部分微量元素含量存在一定差异。
