摘要 该文介绍了基于压电陶瓷发电的无源轮胎压力监测系统。它采用Freescale低功耗MC9S08QG8为处理器、SP12作为轮胎压力检测传感器、无线收发芯片MAX1472和MAX1473完成检测结果的数据传输,而整个轮胎内压力监测模块由微功率压电陶瓷发电模块提供电能,从而淘汰了电池,提高了监测模块数据发射的密度。经实验表明,轮胎内压力监测模块由微功率压电陶瓷发电模块提供电能是可行的。 This paper present a tire pressure monitoring system based on piezoelectric ceramic.It adopts low power cost chip MC9S08QG8 as the MCU,pressure sensor SP12 as the pressure monitoring module,MAX1472 and MAX1473 for RF communication,piezoelectric ceramic to supply the power.The previous systems that use battery to supply the power usually have a short life.This system solves that and increases the transmit density.It provides accurate temperature and pressure giving the driver credible protection.
