摘要
通过在机械镀锌过程中添加不同量的稀土金属盐,在钢铁试样表面形成不同成分含量的锌基稀土合金镀层。通过对镀层密度和显微硬度的测量计算发现,所得锌基稀土合金镀层的密度、硬度均大于机械镀锌层;当稀土金属盐加入量为2%时镀层密度最大、显微硬度最高。
Zinc based RE alloy coating was obtained on the surface of steel samples by adding RE metal salts during the mechanical plating process.The mechanical plated Zn-RE coating had better density and hardness than mechanical plated Zn coating.When the RE metal salt was 2%,the coating had the best density and hardness.
