摘要
研究的是一种高耐蚀磷化工艺,借助金相显微镜和SEM对磷化膜的结构和形貌进行表征。正交试验得到的最优磷化工艺参数为:磷酸二氢锌70 g/L,马日夫盐30 g/L,硝酸锌40 g/L,柠檬酸铵2 g/L,硝酸镍1 g/L,磷化温度65℃,磷化时间20 min。
A phosphating process with high corrosion resistance was developed.The optimal phosphating conditions were determined based on orthogonal test.The morphology and structure of the phosphating film were analyzed by means of metallographic,scanning electron microscopy.The optimal phosphating bath was determined to be composed of 70 g/L zinc dihydrogen phosphate,30 g/L manganese dihydrogen phosphate,40 g/L zinc nitrate,2 g/L ammonium citrate and 1 g/L nickel nitrate.The optimal phosphating temperature and durat...
