摘要
通过对泄漏的火焰加热炉开裂炉管裂纹及断口形貌观察、断口表面产物的EDX能谱分析,结果表明该加热管为304奥氏体不锈钢无缝管。管子泄漏是发生连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂所致。对发生连多硫应力腐蚀开裂的原因进行了分析与讨论。
The analyses and measurements of chemical composition and mechanical properties of fire furnace tube showed that the tube cracking was caused by polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking.Flue gas containing H2S,high residual stress and high temperature sensitization resulted in scc.
