我校创新型精英人才培养的实践及思考

Practice on the Innovative Elite Cultivation in Our University

随着我国高等教育发展历史阶段的根本性转变,高等院校的人才培养目标及其模式亦将随之产生结构性以及层次性的变化。但不论是精英高等教育阶段或是大众化高等教育阶段,社会对创新型精英人才的培养则是永恒的需求。近年来,我校在进行创新型精英人才培养方面已经开始了有益的探索,并已取得了一些成效,但在建设过程中也产生若干问题。对这些年来我校高素质精英人才培养的工作进行总结与反思,并提出若干政策建议,将更有利于未来工作的开展与实施。

With the drastically changing of higher education in our country,the goal and the model of universities and colleges are changing both in its frames and levels.
