固体火箭发动机喷流红外辐射实验及计算研究 被引量:10

摘要 介绍了缩尺固体火箭发动机不含铝推进剂喷流红外辐射的测量方案、测试设备与测量结果的分析及结论,并对不含铝推进剂喷流的流场和红外辐射场进行了计算。实验分别从与喷流方向成60°、90°、120°夹角位置测量了同一尺寸缩尺火箭发动机使用不含铝粉固体推进剂时、在约90kPa和5kPa两个环境压力下缩尺火箭发动机燃烧室压力以及喷流的红外辐射强度,并对喷流流场进行了显示。本文给出了缩尺火箭发动机实验时,不同环境压力状态下,喷流在2.7μm波段(波段一)和4.3μm波段(波段二)两个波段的红外辐射强度以及喷流流场图像,同时给出了在对应状态下的流场计算及红外辐射计算的结果。实验的结果验证了计算方法的正确性。 The measurement scheme,instruments,analysis and result of infrared radiation from scaled rocket motor plume are introduced in this paper.Also plume flow-field and infrared of non-aluminiferous propellant are calculated.Pressure of combustion chamber,infrared radiation intensity and flow filed of plume are measured in tests,conditions cover two environments where pressure is 90kPa and 5kPa,three infrared radiation measurement directions at 60°,90° and 120° with plume.In this paper,pressure of combustion cham...
