摘要
基于I-DEAS框架的机热集成分析平台,针对卫星复杂抛物面天线主反射器,开展空间结构的外热流、温度场、热变形和热应力场等机热一体化集成分析研究。解决了CAD模型、热模型和结构力学模型等不同学科模型的转换及其模型数据的映射等关键技术,并得到了软件实现;通过研究机、热等物理变量相互之间的耦合关系和影响,得出对空间结构机热集成设计与分析具有指导意义的结论。
Taken the parabolic antenna reflector of some satellites as example,the integrated thermal-structural analytical platform was set up to process the FEM analysis of orbital flux,temperature,thermal distortion and thermal stress with I-DEAS software.Some key-technologies such as model-transforming and data-mapping among CAD model,thermal model and mechanical model have been solved by software.By studying the coupling relation and influence among thermal and structural variables,the valuable conclusions are re...
