摘要
介绍了时间延迟积分电荷耦合器件(TDI-CCD)工作原理及成像特点。基于调制传递函数(MTF)对TDI-CCD的像移进行了分析。根据TDI-CCD像移的产生机理,建立图像退化的数学模型,提出了一种有效估计模糊图像系统点扩散函数的方法,并对运动模糊图像进行半盲恢复。实验结果证明了算法的可行性和有效性。
The operating principle and characteristic of time-delayed-integration charge coupled device(TDI-CCD) are briefly introduced.Has carried on the analysis based on modulation transfer function(MTF) to the TDI-CCD image motion.According to the TDI-CCD image motion the production mechanism,establishes mathematical model which the image degenerates,proposed one efficiency estimation blurred image system point spread function method,and carries on the restoration to the motion blurred image.The experimental resul...
