摘要
目的研究南宁市星级宾馆集中空调通风系统污染状况,为卫生管理提供依据。方法于2006年8—9月随机抽取南宁市6户三星级以上宾馆的集中空调通风系统进行卫生调查,检测空调送风中可吸入颗粒物、细菌总数、真菌总数,风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数,冷却塔水中军团菌。结果空调送风中细菌总数污染较严重,超标率达66.7%(4/6),真菌总数超标率为33.3%(2/6),可吸入颗粒物超标率为16.7%(1/6);风管内表面积尘量较高,均值达46.33g/m2,超标率为83.3%(5/6),真菌总数超标率为100%(6/6),最高值超标145.3倍,细菌总数超标率为16.7%(1/6);采集6份冷却塔水样,有1份检出Ⅰ型嗜肺军团菌。结论星级宾馆集中空调通风系统清洗消毒不彻底,微生物污染较严重,应加强卫生管理。
Objective To investigate the pollution situation of ventilation systems of centralized air-conditioners in public areas and to present the data for hygiene management.
