核桃树皮的化学成分分析及活性研究

Studies on the Constituents and Biologically Activity of the Bark of Juglans regia

对核桃树皮的化学成分进行初步的研究,从核桃树皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,经过IR、1HNMR、13C NMR、EI-MS等分析方法,确定为正三十酸(1)、白桦脂醇(2)、蒽醌类化合物(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、没食子酸(5)。对核桃树皮的粗提取物进行抗癌活性筛选,结果显示核桃树皮的抗癌成分主要集中在较强极性溶剂萃取部分。对化合物2、3、5进行抗癌、抗真菌的活性筛选,结果显示化合物5对人白血病细胞株K562、人非小细胞肺癌细胞株A549分别有64.78%、46.02%的抑制率。

This paper preliminarily studied the chemical constituents of the bark of Juglans regia.Five compounds were isolated from the bark of Juglans regia by column chromatography.They were determined as triacontanoic acid (1),betulin (2),anthraquinone class compound (3),β-sitosterol (4),and gallic acid (5) by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,EI-MS methods.The anticancer activity of crude extracts of the bark of Juglans regia were studied.The result showed that most of anticancer constituents may be collected in strong polar sol...
