基于数学形态学的车牌精定位算法的研究 被引量:14

摘要 在汽车牌照识别系统中,车牌定位是整个识别模块实现的前提,目前车牌定位的方法多种多样,各有所长,但存在着速度慢或定位准确率不高等问题。文章通过比较几种边缘检测方式,提出了一种基于数学形态学的车牌定位算法。实验结果表明此方法算法简单,准确度高,较好的满足了车牌识别的实时性要求,为后面的字符识别做好准备。 In license plate recognition system, license plate location is the precondition of the whole recognition module. Now, various methods are used in it, each of which has its own advantages. However, such problems as slow speed or low accuracy aren' t solved. By paralleling several kinds border detecting, this paper bring forward one kind of algorithm of license location based on mathematics morphology.
