摘要
本文基于差分吸收光谱技术以烟气监测为背景阐述了采用HAMAMATSU公司的S3923型NMOS图象传感器搭配AL-TERA公司的经济型FPGA构建光谱信号采集处理系统的设计方案。并在实践中实现了图象传感器的时序控制及SOPC系统的初步设计和部分仿真验证。
The article taken flue gas monitoring as background and based on the technology of DOAS illuminates the design scheme for the system gathering and operating the signal of spectrum,which adopts NMOS image sensor S3923 from HAMAMATSU.Inc and a cost- effective FPGA from ALTERA corporation to make up.And we have already realized time controlling of the NMOS image sensor from the first part, primary design and validation of some simulations for SOPC system in the second part.
