The main idea of designing a CID (Calling Identity Delivery) decoder is introduced. The decoder is based on AT89C2051 and HT9032C. It can be applied to customer relationship management systems. Via this device, calling information can be transferred to a computer from serial port. When a customer is calling, his detailed information can be selected from database and shown in advance.
