J2ME是Sun公司为了把Java应用于移动信息设备、嵌入式设备或消费性电器而推出的一项技术,它和J2EE技术相结合为防汛信息系统提供了很好的解决方案。本文阐述了一个基于J2ME和J2EE技术的防汛信息系统的整体架构和实现方案,并对其中的关键技术进行了介绍。

J2ME is issued by Sun in order to apply Java to mobile communication devices, embedded devices and consumed devices. The combination of J2ME and J2EE technology provides a good solution for the flood prevention information system. This paper elaborates on the overall architecture and implementation of the flood prevention information system and introduces the key technology.
