摘要
主要介绍通过综合应用CTI语音卡、TTS、WEB、数据库等技术,开发了一个基于B/S结构的电话语音自动通知系统,实际应用效果较好。
This article mainly introduces the design of auto-dialing system based on B/S structure.The system is implemented through the integration of the CTI voice card,TTS,WEB and database technology,which has been proved to be in good actual effect.
