摘要
本文分析了现有过程改进评估方法中存在的主要问题,从过程改进的根本目的出发,结合国内软件行业的实际情况,提出了一种灵活的适用于过程改进的适应性评估方法,该方法结合基于模型的评估方法一同运用,能够有效的降低评估成本,有利于推动软件组织的持续的过程改进活动。
This paper analysis several problems lie in model-based process improvement appraisal method.According with the main purpose of process improvement and present condition of software industry,a flexible method is proposed which combining with model-based appraisal method can effectively reduce the cost and improve sustainable process improvement activity.
