离子自组装镀膜机电路设计与软件开发

摘要 基于离子自组装薄膜技术的特点,研制了微机控制的全自动离子自组装薄膜镀膜机。该设备采用PCL733及PCL73432位数据采集卡来实现与微机的通信,采用Visual Basic语言开发计算机驱动程序来实现对设备中电机电磁阀的有效控制,设计了应用程序的操作界面,可实现离子自组装全自动镀膜的过程。 Based on the characteristic of ionic self-assembly multilayer technology, a completely automatic ionic self-assembly multilayer fabrication system controllable with microcomputer was developed. In this system, the 32 bits data gathering cards of the PCL733 and PCL734 were used to realize correspondence to the microcomputer, Visual Basic language was used to develop computer driver program and realize the active control of electromotor and solenoid valves.
