区域经济中大小企业共生机理及模式选择

在区域经济发展中 ,大企业与小企业的协调发展 ,形成大小企业的共生关系是十分重要的。企业共生组织网络是一种威廉姆森所说的“中间性组织” ,这种共生组织网络的形成 ,既可以克服企业间市场交易带来的高交易成本的不足 ,又可以避免企业内部一体化高管理成本的缺陷 ,从而使企业实现最大的效率收益。企业共生的模式选择不同 ,其共生效率也不同。本文认为 ,互惠连续共生是区域经济中大小企业共生的最佳模式。

In the process of the development of large and small enterprises' co-ordination, it is very important to develop a relationship of symbiosis between large and small enterprises in the development of regional economy. The organizational network of symbiosis between large and small enterprises is a middle organization that was put forward by Williamson. This developed organizational network of symbiosis not only can reduce the high transaction cost of enterprises in the transaction of market but also can avoid the weakness of the high management cost in the highly integrated enterprises. As a result, these enterprises can realize their maximum revenue of efficiency. Different choice of mode of symbiosis between enterprises has different efficiency. It is argued that, in the paper, reciprocal and consecutive symbiosis between large and small enterprises is the optimal mode in the development of regional economy.
