摘要
按生产要素的集中度 ,可以将产业划分为劳动密集型、资金密集型和技术密集型三类。不同的产业具有不同的技术特点 ,表现出对不同生产要素的需求量和依赖程度。薪酬激励模式按激励效果长短可分为短期激励、中期激励和长期激励。在产业技术特点与企业的薪酬激励模式之间存在匹配关系 ,采用适配的激励模式 ,可以达到激励员工、提高企业经营绩效的效果。
In terms of the intensity of the product factor, industries can be divided into labor-intensive industries, capital-intensive industries and technology-intensive industries. Compensation incentive mode can be divided into short-term incentive, medium-term incentive and long-term incentive. Accordingly, corporations in different industries must take proper incentive mode. Corporations in labor-intensive industries should take short-term incentive mode; the one in capital-intensive industries should take medium-term mode, and the one in technology-intensive industries should take long-term incentive mode.
