摘要
本文针对某芯片厂封装测试车间压缩空气站实际控制需求,提出一种基于现场总线技术的远程PLC控制方案。该方案充分利用当今工业自动化领域先进的现场总线技术,包括DH+总线、RemoteI/O总线和Modbus总线技术,将空压机与PLC控制器相连,能够灵活方便地实现对空压机的远程监控。在对控制系统需求分析的基础上,设计出空压机监控系统的总体结构,给出了系统的软硬件配置,详细阐述了系统各功能模块的内容及作用,并对系统调试原理和方法进行了说明。实际运行结果表明该控制系统运行良好,效果达到了预期要求。
Aiming at the control requirements of air compressor station of package test workshop in a silicon chip factory,this paper introduces a remote control method based on PLC and filedbus.
