Concrete design on hardware and software of Infrared Telecontrol Code Measuring Device was introduced into based on AT89C51RC.Through particularly researching on transmitting and receiving of infrared signal,a precise method of decoding the signal send by infrared controller and its circuit were designed.The typical design circuit of the system and its application method weregiven out.Finally,the process and principle of software development were presented.
