市场经济条件下企业家才能的生成机制

一个国家的发展在很大程度上取决于企业家的成长状况。企业家才能被称为是除劳动力、土地、资本以外的第四生产要素 ,是决定企业绩效的关键要素。研究企业家才能的生成机制具有十分重要的现实意义。本文在现代企业家理论研究成果的基础上 ,着重探讨了影响企业家才能生成的多种因素并提出在我国市场经济条件下如何造就中国的企业家。

Now,the development of a country depends deeply on the condition of Entrepreneur in the country.Entrepreneurial talent is called the fourth production factor besides labour,land and capital.It is the key factor to determine business enterprise results.Entrepreneurial talent is of the higher level and higher character than general labor force.The research on the formation mechanism of entrepreneurial talents is very important to Chinese enterprise.This article based on the research results of contemporary entrepreneurial theories mainly discusses some factors influencing the formation of entrepreneurial talents and points out how to educate the Chinese entrepreneur under Chinese market economy conditions.
