摘要
本文采用FPGA设计技术,使用铁电存储器FRAM+FLASH的新型方案设计了一款汽车记录仪。给出了关键的数据存储模块的设计结果和仿真波形。
In this paper, we design a sort of automobile data recorder using the FRAM and FLASH memory by FPGA technology. We give the design result of data storage module and the simulating wave.
