摘要
依据《煤矿安全规程》并结合井下监测监控的实际需求,本文设计实现了一种基于AT91SAM7X256微控制器的煤矿智能分站控制系统。该系统可实现井下传感数据的检测、风电瓦斯闭锁的执行、实时数据的显示、通信中断后的历史数据存储,以及与地面中心站通信等功能。通过中心站对分站的配置,可灵活的将分站用于检测不同地点、不同传感器类型的井下数据。本文详细介绍了该控制系统的硬件设计及主控制程序的执行流程,并给出了风电闭锁逻辑的控制数据结构。
According to the coal mine safety regulations and the practical requirement of mine surveillance, a control system of the mine intelligent substation based on AT91SAM7X256 is designed.
